3mm acrylic performs well across a range of environments. Use the guide below to choose the right placement for your sign:

🏠 Indoor Use
Ideal for reception areas, retail interiors, home studios, and feature walls. Protected from UV and moisture, indoor signs maintain their colour and finish long-term. Recommended for most decorative applications.

🌤️ Sheltered Outdoor Use
Suitable for undercover areas such as verandahs, patios, carports, and shopfronts with overhead coverage. Signs are protected from direct rain but may experience some indirect UV exposure over time. We recommend periodic inspection to monitor finish condition.

☀️ Fully Exposed Outdoor Use
Acrylic can withstand general Australian weather conditions including heat and humidity; however, prolonged direct UV exposure and temperature fluctuations may affect colour vibrancy and adhesive performance over time. For fully exposed outdoor placement, we recommend discussing your environment with us before ordering so we can advise on the most suitable finish and mounting method.
