Terms of service
1.A minimum 30% deposit is required to secure your order and order any necessary materials
2.Once deposit is paid you are locked into an agreement between GJM Signs (Gabrielle Mitchell) and you (the customer)
3.If the chance you decide to cancel your order after making your initial deposit you may be eligible for a refund depending on any materials already purchased
4.One off service fee’s may apply for the set-up of designs into our programs
5.Remaining 70% of the invoice must be paid before Goods or Services are provided or collected.
6.All Products will come with a warranty of 12months if installed by us, allowing only unusual defects in the vinyl causing issues and not subject to usual wear & tear
7.The Products lifeline will be outlined upon agreement, we recommend most signage out in the weather be upgraded every 3 years, indoor 5 years.
8.All prices quoted or advised are strictly based on the price at the date of quotation or order. Prices may be varied to those at the date of delivery
9.All Products remain the property of GJM Signs until full payment is received.
10.We do not offer any credit accounts therefore payments are due as per invoice due date.
11.If your Invoice goes over 30 days, we reserve to right to take further action to claim our payment without notice to you.
