Handcrafted Just for You
Every GJM Signs piece is made to order, which means your item is carefully crafted after you place your order. This ensures the highest quality and personalisation for every customer.
Production & Turnaround Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. During peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and other gift-giving occasions), turnaround may extend to 5–7 business days. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our studio. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
- Standard Shipping – $15.50 | Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping – $20.00 | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Total estimated timeframe = production time + delivery time.
